Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) physically receives the goods. This right applies without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than the direct cost of returning the goods.

This right is provided under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (implementing Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights). It applies to all orders placed through this website, regardless of where in the UK or EU you are located.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement before the 14-day period expires. You may do so by:

We will acknowledge your withdrawal request by email or telephone within 2 business days.

3. Returning the Goods

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to us.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit during return.

Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Opened or Partially Used Products

If the seal on the product has been broken or sachets have been consumed, this does not automatically preclude a return within the 14-day window - however, we reserve the right to apply a proportionate deduction to the refund to reflect the diminished value of goods returned in a used condition.

Food supplements whose packaging seal has been broken after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal only where the unsealing was not necessary to assess the product - in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU. We apply this exclusion narrowly and in good faith.

5. Refunds

We will issue your refund without undue delay, and no later than:

• 14 calendar days from the day we receive the returned goods; or
• 14 calendar days from the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods (whichever is earlier).

Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original order (or by bank transfer if pay-on-delivery was selected). We do not charge a fee for issuing refunds.

The refund will include the price of the goods and the standard delivery cost of the original order. We do not refund any premium delivery charges if you chose a more expensive delivery option than the cheapest standard delivery we offer.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods

If you receive goods that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@luminousflushnec.world with a description and, where possible, photographs of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different quantity or variant, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

8. Orders That Cannot Be Returned

The following cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal:

• Goods that have been personalised or made to your specifications.
• Perishable goods that have deteriorated after delivery.

These exceptions are applied in accordance with applicable consumer law and will be communicated clearly before purchase if relevant to your order.
